'visible's in more than one line

Hello, 

what does it mean if a skin contains "visible"s in more than one line? 

.....
[visible]condition_x[/visible]
[visible]condition_y[/visible]
......

Is there an invisible AND condition between the lines or an OR condition or whatever?
