Changing the MAIN Full screen layout - Adding panel at the bottom

Hello guys,

I am trying to add a panel at the bottom and right of the XBMC visible all the time.
Is this something to be customized on the XBMC? How can I achieve this?

I am using Android 5.1 over a Wandboard.

It should look like this when full screen (see image)
