PVR Provider Support

With Kodi Nexus the PVR section provides support for Live TV providers. I have defined these in the IPTV Simple Client addon settings, and the new Providers table in the TV database seems to be set up correctly. I now have two questions:

1. Is there any method of accessing the Providers table via ListItem InfoLabels (for example to display in the EPG) ? I couldn't find any related info apart from PVR.ActStreamProviderName.

2. I thought that PVR.ActStreamProviderName may provide the information for the current playing channel (for example to display in the Video OSD), but all channels return a value of "Unknown".
