launch manually the playlist process "Scanning media information"

When you have a huge playlist you can see  "Scanning media information" before "playlist" was displayed.



This process must be a part of Kodi core that run automatically when Windows ID  "musicplaylist" is called.
Is it possible to run with code "Scanning media information" without call Windows ID  "musicplaylist" ?

Why this need ?

With skin AZR of @beatmasterrs there is minimalist playlist with music OSD.
When you use "queue item" from files, the list is empty in music OSD : 



Only way is to call "musicplaylist" then go back to music OSD : 



I'm looking for a solution with code without to having to call "musicplaylist"
