Multiple fonts on a label ... emojis

Hi,

I'm working on a plugin and wanted to have support for unicode emojis. I looked at the default fonts from estuary which are the noto fonts from google. There is a emoji ttf ... but it's a separate font. 
And labels have only one font, right?
Is there any support from kodi to get multiple ttfs on one label? 
Anyone ever tried this and got a good way?
