TexturePacker MacOS Mojave

I am needing some help to get TexturePacker to work in Mac Mojave. I come across this thread and downloaded the file and tried running it in terminal. I get ./TexturePacker.dms Permission Denied. I have never compiled a binary before so if I need to extract it from Kodi and compile I will need detailed instructions. 

I also came across this program. It is texturePacker for Mac OS but I don't think it is the same TexturePacker.
