Having a single version of skin in Kodi repo

@ronie and any others who could know and help,

I would like going forward to have just one single version of the Amber skin in the Kodi repo.  Amber works in both Leia and Matrix, but I don't want to maintain two branches of the skin with different versions for Leia and Matrix.  How can I remove the version in the Matrix branch of the kodi repo, and just have the version in the Leia branch be available for both Kodi versions?
