Weather.LocationSet() - Submenu Buttons don't work

Hello guys,

with the help of @mikeSiLVO I tried to get some submenu buttons for my weather locations to work.

With the official function Weather.LocationSet() from the keymap it should be possible to generate some submenu buttons to get direct access to weather locations.

I use Jarvis 16.1, with the skin aeon nox silvo and the weather addon Openweathermap.

I did the following.

1. I installed the weather addon.
2. I configured 3 locations the typical way.
3. I added the 3 submenu buttons by setting a label and changing the action (custom item) under "system - appearence - skin - settings - home window - setup the aen nox main menu - weather - manage submenu".
   

When I press the buttons nothing happens. What is wrong with the configuration?

Kodi log contains nothing relevant to weather locations. Have a look at the screenshots:
